Project Terms & Conditions

Understanding commitments, delivery schedules, and payment terms before launch.

1. Project Schedule

Phase 1 foundational setup requires approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of branding guidelines, menus, and initial deposit.

2. Investment Terms

One-time setup fees are billed upon contract signing (to initiate development). Monthly subscriptions begin 30 days after signing. Social Media per-location pricing applies to channels managed under the same parent brand accounts.

3. Support & Updates

System maintenance includes security updates, hosting backups, and minor page revisions to ensure your digital growth system operates without interruption.

4. Data Ownership

Oromo Coffee Shop retains full ownership of all client database records and financial transaction histories collected in the CRM.
